How to obtain the information on your watch necessary for determining a quote |
- Model / Serial Number ( located on Rolex warranty paperwork if available )
If you do not have this paperwork you can retrieve this information by removing the bracelet on your Rolex. The model number is located between the case lugs at the 12 o’clock position. The serial number is location between the case lugs at the 6 o’clock position. If you are unfamiliar with this process you can have a local watchmaker perform it for you. All we need is the first letter or number from your watch’s serial # to properly determine the age of the timepiece.

- Condition
A brief description of the watches overall condition will suffice. Any major scratches or dents? Is the bracelet loose? When was the watch last serviced? Is the watch keeping accurate time? Answers to these questions will help us in providing an accurate quote.

- Shipping
Packages should be shipped to us via UPS, USPS or FedEx with a signature confirmation. Please carefully package your watch to protect it from all potential damages during shipment. Additionally, your watch should be accompanied by a brief note containing your contact information and the agreed upon purchase price.

| Generally, Watch Empire LLC submits payment via overnight check within 24 hours of receipt of your watch. If you have a bank account with of Bank of America we can deposit funds directly into your account upon request. High dollar transactions can also be made via bank wire transfer. |
