1.  Do your watches come with the serial numbers?
  Yes, all of our GENUINE Swiss watches come complete with the model and serial numbers. We don't deal in watches that have had the serial numbers altered or removed. The serial number on each Rolex is located between the lugs at the 6:00 position on the watch. The band must be removed to see these numbers on the watch. Top
   
2.  Are you an authorized dealer for Rolex?
  Watch Empire LLC Inc. is not an authorized dealer for Rolex and has no connection with Rolex USA Inc. While each one of our certified pre-owned Rolex watches comes with a two year warranty provided by us, the Rolex factory warranty is no longer valid. Top
   
 3.  What condition can I expect my watch to be in?
  We ONLY deal in new or like new Rolex watches. Every watch we sell goes through an extensive restoration process using only genuine Rolex replacement parts. Top
   
4.  Why should I buy a pre-owned Rolex instead of a new one?
  The minute you put a brand new Rolex on your wrist it has already lost 10-20% of its value. Simply put, you can buy one of our watches, wear it for around five years and resell the watch for near if not more then what you paid for it from us. The average watch we sell is 50-70% off of the original retail price. A pre-owned Rolex is an investment. Top
   
5.  Do you guarantee the authenticity of your products?
  Every Swiss watch we sell is GUARANTEED to be genuine. We DO NOT deal in counterfeit watches. Our 72 hour inspection period gives you ample time to have this verified locally, if you so choose. We offer a 110% money back guarantee if your watch is found to be anything other than a GENUINE Rolex, Cartier or Patek Swiss made timepiece. Top
   
6.  Can I customize my Rolex?
  Yes, we have a wide selection of diamond dials, bezels and a bands we can add to any Rolex upon your request. Simply contact us with your vision and we will customize your Rolex to your wishes. Top
   
7.  Can I return my Watch?
  If your watch is not 100% as described we offer a full, no questions asked refund. All other returns are subject to 15% restocking fee. We don’t ship watches across the country for people to try on however do offer a 10 day, no questions asked, exchange policy for customers who change their mind about the watch and would prefer a different one located on our site. 8.  Do you watches come with the original manufacturer paperwork?
  All new Patek, Cartier and Rolex watches on our site come complete with the original manufacturer box and papers. Many of our pre-owned watches don’t have the original manufacturer papers. These original manufacturer papers are often times discarded or lost by the original owner of the watch. Please refer to the individual item page or contact us direct when inquiring as to whether a particular pre-owned watch has the original manufacturer papers. Top
   
9.  Do the watches come with a warranty?
  Every fine Swiss watch we sell is warrantied for two years through Watch Empire LLC, the same length of time as the original manufacturer's warranty. This warranty is exclusive to the movement and time function of the watch. Damage due to water and/or excessive abuse and negligence of care (based solely upon our discretion) will void the warranty. 10.  Do you do trades, upgrades and direct purchases of Rolex watches?
  Yes, we are always open to trades and upgrades. We are also always looking for genuine Rolex watches to buy. Please contact our offices for more details. Top
   
11.  Do you accept Credit Cards?
  We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express on a discretionary basis. However, we have a stringent credit card acceptance policy due to a high increase in internet fraud. We only accept Credit Cards from United States buyers. In addition we will only ship to the billing address on your credit card. We reserve the right to ask you for a faxed copy of your driver’s license and credit card prior to shipment. Direct bank wire transfer is the preferred payment method. We offer a 3% discount on all purchases paid via bank wire transfer.Top

  Watch Empire LLC ships all orders via Fedex Standard Overnight service. We process orders within 24 to 72 hours of payment confirmation. Top
